Juror Assessment
Jury Selectr gives an early alert about Juror Bias
Jury selection makes a tremendous impact on trial outcomes, and the court provides little to no time to research the members of a jury pool. Our Jury Selectr tool gives defense attorneys an actionable, “apples to apples” comparison of the mindset of an entire jury pool OR a seated jury in just a few minutes. The tool assesses lifestyle, income, education, political leaning, and measures how much of an independent thinker they are.
Consistent data can often mean the difference between good and great jury selection.

Our solution provides two ways to understand the entire jury “at a glance” with our proprietary scoring methodology. We provide two digests for the jury – the composite graph indicates best jurors, scored according to the criteria counsel is looking for in their pool.
Individual juror’s mindset scores can be viewed in detail in the event of an unexpected score. Two samples are provided below to show the ease of learning about and comparing juror mindsets using Jury Selectr.

How do I get a Jury Selectr assessment for my trial?
Jury Selectr is scheduled at three to five business days in advance, using the order form below. $150 per juror includes the cost of research, analysis, data storage and digital delivery. Some attorneys watch the data populate online using a mobile phone or tablet while in the courthouse.
Bulk rates apply for search requests of large jury pools, and additional scheduling time will be necessary. Please contact us to discuss any juries over 30 members.
